Contact our Arccos Support team within 30 days of your purchase date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Arccos sensors or Link device in the original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship the package using a carrier that provides tracking information to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
